The E-Stars are a team of around 20 Year 8 pupils who wish to make a difference- focusing on all aspects of Equality and Diversity.

The team were formed in October 2017 when they registered their interest in helping to promote an environment of mutual respect, tolerance and a greater understanding of individual beliefs and life choices.

The E-Stars have already provided awareness and shared information on Transphobia issues and recently attended the Holocaust Memorial event at County Hall. Here they were asked to promote their role with the aim of encouraging other schools to form similar schemes.

Our E-Stars do a stirling job- Mr Rutherford-Orrock is particularly proud of their developing confidence, whilst they positively reflect the diversity of our school community. We have plenty of plans lined up and look forward to developing this initiative further over the coming months.
